Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At PesticideWorld, we are committed to your satisfaction. We understand that issues may occasionally arise with your order. This policy outlines our guidelines for cancellations, refunds, and replacements. Please read it carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us immediately via email or phone with your order details.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you still wish to return it, please refer to our Return Process below.

2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds in the following situations:

• Damaged Product: If you receive a product that is visibly damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will verify the issue and initiate a refund or replacement accordingly.
• Customer Cancellation: If you cancel a qualifying order within the stipulated timeframe, we will process a refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Any applicable transaction fees may be deducted.
• Non-Delivery: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window and cannot be traced, please contact us and we will investigate and issue a refund or re-ship the product.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. We do not guarantee the exact date the refund will appear in your account, as this is subject to your bank's processing timeline.

3. Replacement Policy

We offer replacements in the following situations:

• Damaged or Defective Product: If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
• Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will ship the correct product and provide instructions for returning the wrong item.
• Missing Items: If items are missing from your order, contact us within 7 days and we will dispatch the missing items promptly.

4. Return Process

To initiate a refund or replacement:

• Step 1: Contact our support team at support@pesticideworld.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
• Step 2: Provide clear photographs of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product and its packaging.
• Step 3: Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and provide approval along with return instructions.
• Step 4: Pack the product securely to prevent further damage and ship it using the method communicated by our team.
• Step 5: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement.

5. Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement unless found to be damaged or defective:

• Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
• Products not purchased directly from the PesticideWorld Platform
• Damage caused by improper storage, handling, or application after delivery
• Orders where the 7-day reporting window has passed without notification

6. Agricultural Product Disclaimer

As a seller of agricultural inputs including pesticides and crop protection chemicals, we strongly advise customers to inspect all products upon delivery and before use. Results from product use may vary depending on crop type, weather conditions, soil, and application method. Refunds or replacements are not offered on the basis of crop outcome.
