Worldwide Shipping Policy

Pesticide World supplies agricultural and crop-protection products to customers in multiple countries around the world. International availability depends on the product, destination country, applicable law, supplier availability, carrier availability, import requirements, and regulatory restrictions.

Please read this Shipping Policy before placing an order.

1. International Shipping

Pesticide World accepts international orders for destinations where:

• The ordered product can legally be sold and shipped
• Importation is permitted
• Suitable transportation is available
• Required documentation can be obtained
• The customer satisfies applicable licensing or authorization requirements
• The transaction is not prohibited by applicable trade, sanctions, export-control, or other legal restrictions

Worldwide availability does not mean that every product can be shipped to every country. Certain products may be unavailable for particular destinations.

2. Order Confirmation

After an order is placed and payment is confirmed, the order enters our fulfilment process. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate:

• Customer name
• Company information where applicable
• Email address
• Phone number
• Billing address
• Complete shipping address
• Postal or ZIP code
• Destination country
• Required permits, registrations, licenses, or import documentation where applicable

Incomplete or incorrect information may delay processing.

3. Pre-Production Period

An order may remain in our pre-production or order-preparation stage for up to 30 days. During this period, Pesticide World and/or its supplier may verify:

• Product availability
• Quantity
• Product specifications
• Manufacturing requirements
• Documentation
• Packaging requirements
• Destination requirements
• Regulatory requirements

Cancellation During Pre-Production

Customers may request cancellation before production or committed supplier processing begins. A cancellation request should be submitted as soon as possible.

Once production, procurement, customization, or committed supplier processing has started, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation except where cancellation is required by applicable law.

4. Processing and Production Time

After the applicable order-preparation stage, processing and production may require up to 40 days, depending on the product and order. Processing may include:

• Procurement
• Manufacturing
• Production coordination
• Packaging
• Quality verification
• Documentation
• Export preparation
• Logistics preparation

Processing times are estimates and may vary based on product type, quantity, availability, destination, and regulatory requirements.

5. Supplier-Dependent Orders

Certain products are manufactured, sourced, or prepared by third-party suppliers. For these orders, the applicable supplier lead time may be up to 50 days.

Supplier lead time may overlap with or replace part of the normal processing period depending on the product and order. Where supplier-specific lead times materially affect an order, the applicable estimated fulfilment timeframe may be communicated to the customer.

6. Delivery and Transit Time

International transit time begins after the order has completed processing and has been handed to the applicable carrier or freight provider. Transit time varies depending on:

• Destination country
• Shipping service
• Carrier
• Product classification
• Customs clearance
• Import inspection
• Local delivery network
• Transportation restrictions

The applicable estimated delivery or transit timeframe will be shown or communicated during checkout, quotation, order confirmation, or shipping arrangements, where available.

Any delivery date provided is an estimate unless Pesticide World expressly confirms otherwise in writing.

7. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges depend on factors including:

• Destination
• Product
• Quantity
• Package weight
• Package dimensions
• Product classification
• Shipping service
• Carrier
• Handling requirements

Applicable shipping and handling charges will be displayed at checkout, included in the applicable quotation, or otherwise communicated before the customer becomes obligated to pay.

Pesticide World will not intentionally add undisclosed shipping charges after an order has been confirmed.

8. Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to:

• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• VAT or GST
• Brokerage fees
• Customs-clearance fees
• Inspection charges
• Permit charges
• Other government-imposed charges

Unless expressly stated as included in the order price or shipping quotation, these charges are the responsibility of the customer. Such charges are imposed by governmental or other authorities and are not controlled by Pesticide World.

Customers should check applicable import requirements before ordering.

9. Regulatory and Import Requirements

Agricultural chemicals and crop-protection products may be regulated differently in different jurisdictions. The customer is responsible for determining whether the product may lawfully be:

• Imported
• Purchased
• Received
• Stored
• Transported
• Distributed
• Resold
• Applied
• Used

in the destination jurisdiction.

Pesticide World may request permits, licenses, registrations, declarations, identification, or other documentation before processing or shipping an order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably determine that fulfilment may violate applicable law, carrier restrictions, trade restrictions, or regulatory requirements.

10. Customs Clearance

Customers must cooperate with customs authorities, carriers, customs brokers, or other relevant authorities where information or documentation is required for clearance.

Pesticide World is not responsible for customs delays caused by government inspections, missing customer documentation, unpaid duties, import restrictions, or other matters outside our reasonable control.

11. Failed Customs Clearance

If an order cannot be delivered because the customer:

• Did not obtain a required permit
• Did not provide required information
• Did not pay applicable duties or taxes
• Refused to cooperate with customs
• Is prohibited from importing the product

the order may be returned, held, abandoned, or disposed of in accordance with applicable law and carrier requirements.

Any refund in such circumstances will be subject to applicable law and may exclude non-recoverable shipping, customs, supplier, production, handling, or disposal costs where legally permitted.

12. Address Changes

Customers must verify shipping information before placing an order. If you need to change the address, contact us immediately.

An address cannot always be changed after production, export documentation, dispatch, or carrier processing has started.

13. Tracking Information

Where tracking is available, tracking details may be sent after dispatch. Not every international freight service or shipment provides continuous end-to-end tracking.

14. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed because of circumstances including:

• Supplier delays
• Manufacturing delays
• Product shortages
• Customs processing
• Regulatory inspections
• Carrier disruptions
• Weather events
• Natural disasters
• Port congestion
• Transportation restrictions
• Government action
• Public holidays
• Strikes
• International trade restrictions
• Events outside our reasonable control

We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of material delays known to us.

15. Damaged Shipments

Inspect your shipment promptly upon delivery. If a product arrives visibly damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

• Your order number
• Photographs of the outer package
• Photographs of the shipping label
• Photographs of the internal packaging
• Photographs of the affected product
• A description of the damage

Do not dispose of damaged products or packaging before receiving instructions where an investigation is required.

16. Missing or Incorrect Products

If an item is missing or an incorrect product is supplied, contact us within 7 days of delivery. After verification, we may arrange an appropriate replacement, shipment of the missing quantity, refund, or other suitable resolution.

17. Hazardous or Regulated Returns

Do not independently return a leaking, damaged, opened, or potentially hazardous agricultural chemical. Contact Pesticide World first for instructions.

Any return shipment must comply with applicable transportation, carrier, environmental, and hazardous-material requirements.

18. Local Law

Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded under the laws applicable to a transaction. Where mandatory local law conflicts with this Policy, the mandatory legal requirement will prevail.
